ESP Bill of Rights

DSEA ESP members spent a year gathering input from union members to develop an ESP Bill of Rights, a document our local unions can use in contract negotiations to set a baseline for how support staff should be treated – and compensated.

That’s why our members spent a year gathering input from union members like you as they worked to develop an ESP Bill of Rights, a document our local unions can use in contract negotiations to set a baseline for how support staff should be treated – and compensated.
