Interpersonal Well-Being Series: Conflict & Communication

People with severe, ongoing conflicts are 2.5 times more likely to get sick. Conflicts can take a toll on our physical, emotional, and relational health. Join us to learn about how we can restore relationships in the face of conflict. Participants will have an opportunity take an assessment to understand their “conflict styles” and then practice with a framework for having difficult conversations. You’ll walk away better positioned to navigate high-stakes conversations with confidence and care.
