AR Virtual Trainings: Building Mapping

How well do you really know your building? Strong union leaders know that building power starts with knowing the people around you. In this virtual session, you’ll learn how to use building mapping to get a clearer picture of your workplace—who’s connected, what issues matter most, where concerns are emerging, and who might be ready to step up as a leader. Participants will leave with practical tools and strategies to better understand their building, connect with their coworkers, and build a stronger, more engaged union. Having a copy of the building’s staff list and floor plan will be helpful for the session.
