2026 DSEA ESP Conference: Essential Leaders. Collective Power. Stronger Schools.

Strong unions are built by confident ESP leaders who bring others together to create the conditions needed for strong schools. Join your fellow ESP union members on Saturday, November 7 for a day of professional learning and power-building! Renowned organizer and author Ellen David Friedman will lead a session on how respect and self-respect are essential to building solidarity. Skilled facilitator Argos Gonzalez will share how shared values can be your union’s greatest asset.

Attendees are also invited to the first annual ESP Recognition Dinner on Friday, November 6 . NEA ESP of the Year Ric Calhoun and DSEA ESP of the Year Gretchen Loose will be featured speakers during the dinner.

The dinner and the conference are FREE for DSEA members.
