Stephanie Ingram became DSEA President on October 10th, 2018. She had previously served as DSEA Vice President since July, 2017. She is a 4th-grade teacher at New Castle Elementary School in the Colonial School District.
Kerry Stahl became Vice President on November 7th, 2018. Stahl is a past-president of the Milford Education Association and has served on DSEA’s Trauma-Informed Schools Council and on the state-level Committee to Advance Educator Compensation and Careers.
Jeannette Wilt, a math teacher at Brandywine High School, was elected the new DSEA Treasurer in the Spring of 2018.
Kim Carlson is DSEA's NEA Director. Carlson serves as DSEA's representative on the NEA Board of Directors. She is a School Counselor at Smyrna Middle School.
