Candidate for Executive Board- NCC: Tika Hartsock

Voting will take place January 5th through January 20th.

I currently serve as a Special Education Coordinator for Red Clay Consolidated School District and previously served in Christina School District as an SEC, Area Director, and Lead Mentor. With more than 13 years of experience, I bring expertise in Special Education Law, Specially Designed Instruction, Community Engagement, and Policy Development.

I am deeply committed to advocating for the rights, wellness, and professional integrity of all collective-bargaining units. I understand the complex challenges we face in our buildings and across our state, and I remain dedicated to working collaboratively to create meaningful solutions.

Seeking reelection to the DSEA Executive Board reflects my commitment to ensuring every member has a strong, informed, and proactive voice at the table. I will continue to champion transparent communication, supportive working conditions, and policies that strengthen our ability to serve students and communities effectively. I would be honored to continue serving.
