Candidate for Executive Board- NCC: Alison Parey

Voting will take place January 5th through January 20th.

My name is Alison Parey, and I am seeking re-election to the DSEA Executive Board representing New Castle County. For nearly a decade I have been a third-grade teacher in the Christina School District and a proud member of the Christina Education Association.

Throughout my career, I have taken on roles that allow me to advocate for educators and students. I have worked as a part of our local contract negotiations team through several bargaining cycles. At the state level, I served as a member of the Student Behavior and School Climate Task Force.

My time on the Executive Board has helped me connect with educators across the state and reaffirmed my commitment to ensuring that DSEA remains a leading voice for public education. I look forward to continuing that important work and hope to have your support in the upcoming election.
