Candidate for Executive Board- Kent: Trevor Mullane

Voting will take place January 5th through January 20th.

Hello Fellow Union Members!

My name is Trevor Mullane, a 4th grade teacher in the Caesar Rodney School District, and I am asking for your support for re-election to the DSEA Executive Board representing Kent County. Over the past term, I’ve proudly advocated for educators across our state by helping to establish House Bill 15, the Delaware Play to Learn Act—legislation that strengthens early learning through play-based instruction. I’ve worked to ensure Kent County’s unique needs and perspectives are represented in conversations with local legislators, always keeping the voices of our educators at the center. As one of Delaware’s representatives to the National Representative Assembly, I’ve collaborated with delegates from across the country to support and elevate the teaching profession. I remain deeply committed to advocating for fairness, respect, and opportunity for every educator in Delaware, and I would be honored to continue this important work on your behalf.
