Candidate for Executive Board- Kent: Allena Brown

Voting will take place January 5th through January 20th.

My name is Allena Brown and I am petitioning to renew my Executive Board seat for Kent County from 2026-2028.  I have served on this board for two terms and each term gets better and better. Although I have gained a lot of knowledge about the legislative side of DSEA, I have so much more to learn and share with not only my local, but other locals in Kent County. Within the DSEA realm I have sat on the Finance Committee for 6 years, Scholarship Committee for 6 years, helped score the entries for the Human and Civil Rights Program, and am in my 2nd year as part of the DSEA Member Organizing Committee.  I look forward to working with you all and increasing my knowledge and our power as a union.
