Candidate for Delegate to NEA RA: Katie Swann

Voting will take place January 5th through January 20th.

I am seeking the opportunity to continue representing Delaware educators as a delegate to the NEA Representative Assembly. Over the past several years, I have been committed to advocating for our members, students, and communities. I have served three years as an NEA RA representative and two years on the DSEA Executive Board, working to ensure educator voices are heard at every level.

In the Christina Education Association, I currently serve as Political Action Chair, where I help strengthen educator advocacy and participate in interview committees for New Castle County primary races to support pro-public-education candidates. Working on multiple statewide committees has shown me how essential our collective voice is as we move into a new era in education.

I respectfully ask for your vote so I can continue this important work and ensure Delaware educators remain strong, supported, and represented.
