I am seeking election as a Delegate to the NEA Representative Assembly and would be honored to continue serving in this role. For the past three years, I have proudly represented the Delaware State Education Association (DSEA) via Seaford Education Association as an NEA delegate, ensuring the voices and concerns of our local and state members are heard.
As a delegate, I will help determine NEA’s strategic plan, budget, legislative priorities, and resolutions. I’ll also vote on proposed amendments to the NEA Constitution and Bylaws and carefully review all business items and policies brought before the Assembly. I take this responsibility seriously and vote with our members' best interests in mind.
Most importantly, I ensure that students remain at the center of every decision while supporting policies that thoughtfully chart the best course for our union's future.
