DSEA Aspiring Educators are supported in developing skills to be profession-ready through professional learning, student advocacy and outreach, and leadership training.

DSEA Aspiring Educators is open to any aspiring educator studying at a Delaware college or university.

With the support of thousands of DSEA members, our Aspiring Educators Program helps link learning from the college campus to future roles in the public school classroom.
