Our physical office spaces are closed; all DSEA staff have moved to remote work environments indefinitely. You can still contact staff at our regular office numbers (Dover: 734-5834, Newark: 366-8440, & Toll-Free 866-734-5834 ) and email addresses. If you aren’t sure who to email, call the respective offices and they will pass your information on to the appropriate staff member. Thank you in advance for your patience during this time.
DSEA's Human and Civil Rights Task Force honors Delawareans each year for outstanding contributions and achievements in the areas of human and civil rights. In addition, the HCR Awards recognize outstanding student submissions in writing, art, and technology categories. Their submissions focus on the importance of diversity and its impact on our society.
