Tell Sussex County Council: It's time to Prioritize Our Schools!

It's been two years since the Delaware General Assembly gave Sussex County the power to make developers pay their fair share toward the cost of school construction.

But, so far, Sussex County Council has yet to consider any fees on new residential construction, similar to what New Castle and Kent counties have had for years.

While developers are getting rich building massive new developments that overcrowd our schools, it's Sussex County residents who are paying the bill for families moving into the area.

Enacting an impact fee on new construction now will reduce the need for future tax hikes and school referendums by ensuring developers pay their fair share upfront.

Add your name to the list of Sussex County residents who are demanding real solutions and responsible growth.
