Directions for Entering

1. Delaware public school teachers (not students) must submit the student entries. All communication     will be sent to the teacher responsible for the entry. (This contest is open to all Delaware public
    school students, K-12.)

2. Only one entry per student or group of students.

3. The maximum length of the project is three minutes.

4. Entries will not be returned, so be sure to keep a complete copy of your project.

5. With the exception of entries viewable on the web, all entries must be submitted in digital form
    (CD, DVD, USB flash drive).

6. Entries must be received at DSEA’s Dover office by 5:00pm on the deadline day, February 12,
    2010. 

7. Entries must represent work that was completed after September 1, 2009.

8. All entrants will receive an e-mail confirmation that their project has been received.
