DAY across the country
Sponsored by Smithsonian Magazine, Museum Day is a day when many of our
finest museums - both public and private - will offer free admission.
Here in Delaware, that's the Delaware Art Museum; Delaware Center for the
Contemporary Arts; Delaware Museum of Natural History; Old Swedes
Church-Hendrickson House Museum; the Elsie Williams Doll Collection and
the Treasures of the Sea Exhibit, both in Georgetown; Iron Hill Museum in
Newark; the Lewes Historical Society; and Winterthur Museum.
