Feb. 25, 2009... DSEA election results are in: Karen Crouse (seated, right) has been elected to continue in her position as DSEA treasurer for a three-year term. A financial secretary at Lake Forest High School, Crouse is past-president of Lake Forest Education Association, a wall-to-wall unit of teachers/specialists, paras, secretaries and nutritionists. Along with her experience as a current Exec. Board member, she is well-versed in the issues affecting all of our members.
Next to her is Mary Jo Faust, NEA director, an elementary teacher at Hartly E.S. in Capital. Standing left is Vice President Mike Hoffman, a paraprofessional at Wm. Penn High School in Colonial. And, standing right, is DSEA President Diane Donohue, on leave from her position at No. Georgetown E.S. where she was a reading and writing specialist.
