From Dover:
Follow Route 1 North which becomes Route 7 North past Christiana Mall. Continue on Route 7 North, stay to the left. Turn left onto Route 4 West. Follow past the Christiana Hospital (on left). Go through intersection of Route 4 and Harmony Road staying in the left lane. Once through the intersection (DSEA building - tan brick with green trim - on left) follow to left turn lane and make a U-Turn to enter parking lot which faces the front of the building.
From Wilmington:
Take I-95 South to Route 273 (Exit 3). Take Route 273 to Newark and follow to Christiana Road. Bear right onto Cedar Tree Road (near Bank of America). Turn right onto Ogletown Stanton Road (Route 4) and go past Bank of America. After the next light, you will see the back of the DSEA building (tan brick with green trim). Pass the building and immediately turn right into the lot (before you get to the intersection of Harmony Road). The parking lot faces the front of our building.

Traveling South:
Take Route 1 South to Route 13 South to Dover. When you approach the split where Route 13 and Route 113 separate, stay to the right on Route 13 and in the right hand lane. Bear to the right at the light onto Court Street. Once on Court Street, you will see Legislative Hall in front of you. Travel in the left hand lane around Legislative Hall and when you get to the first stop sign (Legislative Avenue) take a left. Once you get to the end, the building is slightly to the left in front of you. (Large brick building with rounded front.) Parking is in the rear of the building or there is limited parking in the front on the street, as well as across the street in the state parking lot.
Traveling North on Route 13
In Dover when you approach the light just past Winner Ford (Dunkin Donuts will be on your left) stay in the far left lane and take a left onto Court Street. Once on Court Street, you will see Legislative Hall in front of you. Travel in the left hand lane around Legislative Hall and when you get to the first stop sign (Legislative Avenue) take a left. Once you get to the end, the building is slightly to the left in front of you. (Large brick building with rounded front.) Parking is in the rear of the building or limited parking in the front on the street is permitted as well as across the street in the state parking lot.
